  Applications are invited from male Indian citizens for the following posts in BSF Engineering Set up in 2016-17:
  1. Inspector   (Architect) :  03 posts (UR-2, SC-1), Pay Scale : Rs. 9300 - 34800 Grade Pay Rs. 4600, Age : 30 years, Qualification : Degree in Architect
  2. Sub-Inspector (SI) / Junior Engineer (Electrical) :  05 posts (UR-3, OBC-1,  ST-1), Pay Scale : Rs. 9300 - 34800 Grade Pay Rs. 4200, Age : 30 years, Qualification : Diploma in Electrical Engineering 
  3. Sub-Inspector (SI) (Works) :  12 posts (UR-5, OBC-1,  SC-2, ST-4), Pay Scale : Rs. 9300 - 34800 Grade Pay Rs. 4200, Age : 30 years, Qualification : Diploma in Civil Engineering 
Application Fee : Application should be accompanied by a Crossed Bank Draft / Indian Postal Order for Rs. 50/- only for Gen/OBC candidates as the examination fee in favour of The Inspector General or DIG/Comdt to whom the application is addressed payable at respective SBI/ post office.

How to Apply : Application in the prescribed format should be sent designated officers as stated in the detailed advertisement within 30 days of publication (45 days from the candidates from far-flung areas)
